BOWMAN PAINTING

Thought they were very nice, but there seemed to be a big disconnect between the person doing the estimate and the people doing the work. I was told they would use Benjamin Moore paint when getting the estimate, but they used a Duron paint instead when they came out, which from what I've seen, is less expensive. I was told they would get the job done by end of July, but actually finished the work 8/15 (and I had to follow-up with them to get updates on the completion date, they didn't call me). I thought I was given an estimate to paint the entire structure, but when they came out they said part of it wasn't included in the estimated price and that I would need to pay an additional $100.00. The quality of the job seems fine, although there's some paint overspray on windows and door hardware. I suppose that will come off over time. But I don't think they took the time to mask anything... didn't see any masking.The people who did the work were very nice and acted professionally. But the overall experience was a bit frustrating since I didn't get what I thought I was getting when the estimate was provided.
