Price was too high and no flexibility on returns of unused material.

"Please review Best Tile's Terms and Conditions printed on the backside of the receipt again. #8 states that "Returns of normal stock material may be made within 30 days of purchase with a sales receipt...there will be a 15% handling charge....will only accept returns of standard grade (current) merchandise in FULL-UNOPENED cartons...will not accept merchandise that is SPECIAL ORDER, NON STOCK, or has been altered from its original state." Merchandise is ordered based on the measurements provided by the CUSTOMER. Best Tile does not take responsibility for measurements and overage ordered. Prior to purchasing merchandise, customers receive a quote on pricing and may terminate the order if there is concern with the price. Please take these factors into consideration with the grade rating you have reviewed Best Tile. Thank you for your business. Sincerely, Best Tile of Richmond"

The staff was very good in sitting down with me and picking out the colors. They were really good in giving options and also not pushing something. Customer service is very good. They are very courteous. They are helpful. They are very good in lending out the tiles.

A sales associate helped us out and got us set up with all the materials that we needed. It was a very decent price for the product that we got. We bought real stone tile. It was a really good price. The sales associate was really helpful. We are doing the work ourselves. I think they have really reasonable prices for the product that they have. We dealt with a couple of different people and some were professional and some were not as quite. We would definitely use them again.
