 + -1 moreBenchmark has a good reputation and they are a pretty stable organization. We have never had a problematic difficulty with them at all. They seem to get things done in a timely fashion and they live up to their reputation, I would say.
Description of Work: Benchmark holds the mortgage on our 2700 square foot home. I can't really say exactly what they make off of us but it is fair and reasonable.

 + -1 moreI only have good things to say about Benchmark. They are timely about getting back to you if you have questions. They pay attention to detail. They hire great people. They do not rip you off and they really work with you. Again, I have told others in my area that I think they are great from their services to their rates to their customer service department.
Description of Work: Benchmark currently holds the mortgage on my new, more than 1200 square foot home. What they make off of me is based upon a percentage so I can't go into great detail about what they charge specifically.
