Wonderful experience! At first I thought my vacuum needed repair so I brought it in. They told me they normally take a deposit but if it is under warranty they wouldn't need to. I had no idea if it was or not so she gave me the benefit of the doubt and did not charge a deposit. She just asked me to find out and call them to let them know. About 2 hours later they called to tell me it didn't need repair; only cleaning and a tune up. Total cost of $39.95 and they would call me when it was done. A couple of days later, they called that it was done. I picked up a good-as-new, cleaned up vacuum!

My Kenmore vacuum wasn't brushing the carpet even though the roller was spinning. They fixed the carpet level adjustment bar and cleaned the inside. The suction was greatly improved and I didn't even realize how much that had been reduced over the years. It's almost like a new vacuum.

We purchased a new vacumn = They showed how to use unit and showed us lower priced units. We have to date, had no issues with the Sebo vacumn. We have also used this firm to repair previous vacumn cleaners.

I took my upright Hoover vacuum cleaner to be repaired. The brush would not spin. I had never been to All Brands Service Center, but they were close, so I gave them a try. I pulled into the parking lot in front of the shop, but my parking spot was pretty far from the door. As I wrestled to get my vacuum out of the car, I was surprised by a gentlemen from the shop who had run out to my car and offered to carry my Hoover in for me...a great help! He was very friendly and professional. He explained he would take the vacuum to the back so they could figure out what was wrong. I waited for about 5 minutes and a young man came out to explain the repair required and said he could finish it in about 10-15 minutes if I wouldn't mind waiting. I was thrilled I did not have to leave it there and make another trip to pick it up! He not only re[placed the belts, but cleaned and oiled the "works." When it was complete, they carried it out to my car and were as pleasant as could be. All of this cost a whopping $25! This nice, clean store also sells and services sewing machines. I will definitely use All Brands Service Center again!

They are really good. Their service is good, and products are excellent.

They do a good job. My machine is not always ready when they say, but they are thorough and fair. The location is convenient for me. I have been satisfied with their work.
