Our Home Inspection Reports are extremely thorough with copious notes and documentation provided covering the following system of your home: The foundation, crawlspace, and basement, roofing, attic framing and sheathing, all exterior components of siding, drainage, doors and window components, etc. All of the interior components are thoroughly examined including all of the electrical system, wiring, breaker panel, circuitry, and every receptacle in the home is tested to verify that it is a safe and functional electrical system. All plumbing supply piping, valves, fixtures and waste pluming are thoroughly tested to ensure good working order. The HVAC Heating and Air Conditioning systems and ductwork are thoroughly inspected. All kitchen appliances and equipment which convey with the sale of the home are also thoroughly inspected. In addition all of the interior walls, floors, ceilings, storage areas and attic spaces, etc. are completely examined. A professional 35 page Home Inspection Report is provided, including a complete Home Maintenance Guide and thorough documentation of conditions are captured via digital photographs. Full copies of the report are available on site and through electronic e-mail transmission. All reports also have a thorough cost analysis in the summary, and each individual item which requires repair or replacement has a cost provision included within each section of the Home Inspection Report. All reports are completed on site and delivered via electronic mail within 24 hours. References are gladly provided upon request.
