Handyman Service
He has done a number of services for us for the past couple years and if there's something that we need done that he can't do, he'll let us know who can do it. I really like that I can email him which is something a lot of people around here don't do.
His wife answers the phone and takes care of the billing. She's very friendly and nice too.
They also will manage your property if you decide to rent it. It's nice to have someone local to look after things, esp. since a lot of the homes around here are second homes and the owners live at least a couple hours away.
