PRIME SERVICE INC

I thought they did really well. Unfortunately, one thing did strike out. Immediately following that service, the main air conditioning unit did not cool adequately. I called them about that since they serviced it that very day. They said that they were just servicing it since they had performed the seasonal service and found that it was in working condition. I have a warranty company. When the warranty company sent somebody out to repair it, it was found to be $3 low on coolant. Prime Service is the one who had purged and refilled the coolant couple of months previously. It costed me extra money for repair that I can't prove. The warranty company said that it could have been a leak. It really irritated me that they charged me $250 for seasonal maintenance, but it didn't include checking of the coolant level. However, they did an excellent work when I had them work on our system previously. Their technicians who had been to the house had been excellent. In this case, I was irritated, because I had to spend extra money to have somebody come out and refill the coolant. Prime Service Inc. had just done the maintenance and they are the one who had installed the coolant.
