The approach to home inspection provided by Matt differentiates him from others. He takes the “if you see something, say something” approach no matter how minor it may be. He sets expectations up front and let’s you know plan. Then he executes the plan. Upon completion, he walks you through the results and ensures you are aware. The report provided pictures and a detailed description of findings. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

I was quickly contacted upon submitting my online request. An appointment was scheduled within the timeframe needed. Matt conducted my inspection. Very professional. Advised me what he was doing during the inspection, clearly explained finding and provided sound advice.

Matt arrived right at the scheduled time, was very polite, friendly and effecient.  He place a box that tests the level of radon and explained to us how it worked, what we shouldn't do (use our fireplace) and when he would return to read it.  Since we had made our appointment our neighbor asked us to send him over when he came, so we did and eventhough she didn't have an appointment Matt went right over and assisted her as well.  He came back out on a Sunday to take our reading and again was prompt, effeciant and just a pleasure to do business with.  He explained how everything works and that eventhough we passed it doesn't hurt to have it rechecked every 4 years or so.  He does various other inspections - whole house, mold, etc. and no one should ever hesitate to use Matt Lloyd Pillar to Post.
