One issue is the priority of removal. I live in an active adult community. Most people don't work; however, I still do. I have asked that they prioritize the snow removal for those of us who work. This has not happened.
Another issue has been responsiveness. During years past, we had some very severe snows. Due to the magnitude, they weren't always as prepared or as responsive. However, I would have to consider the length of time it had to take to get the employees to the shop to begin the removal
