Great system, very efficient

It was fine. I never had any issues. It was only one brief encounter. They're the only ones that would service the propane gas water heater.

Great Install. Was much cheaper than everyone else but the quality was thorough and the company worked well with me. The company had the same bryant dealer warranty as everyone else and dealing with a smaller business not only saves money but kept my costs down for better and more personalized service. I got the works, bryant erv, connex control, 2 2 ton evolution condensers, 2 evolution 40k btu furnaces, 2 connex controls with wifi access. Also got extra controls with temperature averaging sensors which keeps the temps level in All rooms. I had a humidity problem and was running two dehumidification systems and humidity was still almost 60% because the original systems were too large the builder installed. Charlie did a load calc curtailed to my home and we found I had to step down .5 ton on each system. I did get the two stage condensers and let me tell you my humidity is now 44% and the dehumidifier a were removed. I am also saving $160+ per month my utility bills which is excellent

The service worked out fine. They were very responsive, very helpful, easy to work with and professional. He did good but I thought the price was a little high.

The main floor of the house was noticed as being quite cool this morning after getting up -- the gas furnace was not running.  Some rudimentary troubleshooting "told me" that I needed to place a call for a professional.  Charles was called a few minutes before 8:00.  Charles stated that he would be at the house in under an hour -- and he was.  He checked-out the 5.5 year old gas furnace (that heats the main floor and the mostly finished basement).  He left to get a part returning in about 40-45 minutes.  The gas furnace was working normal after replacing the part, checking-out the unit, and then putting the covers back on.

I saved thousands of dollars on the installation of the ERV and Dehumidifer and charles didn't try to upsell or install things I really didn't need that most companies would try to have pushed on me just to make some extra cash. Charles is more about customer service and giving people fair prices and doing a good job. His duct work job was phenomenal, it came out really good and it was a very complex install. Charles did the work all himself and even though it took a bit longer to get the job done, it ended up costing way less and the quality of the work was better doing things this way. Charles is on my list of preferred HVAC contractors and I will continue to use him. The bigger companies dont work with you and they dont touch customer purchased equipment. If you have something custom you want done or if you just need something fixed this is the place to call. Dont try giving the bigger companies a call if you purchased a piece of HVAC equipment yourself because they wont touch it and they will just lie to you about the warranties that supposidly the manufacturers will void which isn't true, if you have a licensed HVAC tech such as charles install the equipment and you have a receipt of proof of professional installation then the manufacturer's have no choice but to honor the warranty. Now i cannot expect charles to honor a warranty on a peice of equipment i purchased but i can pay him to fix the equipment which the bigger companies wont even consider and then i can just call the manufacturer and get a replacement part for no charge. However one other note, charles does have good pricing on complete HVAC systems better than most out there. I am actually considering having him purchase the big stuff like a new furnace, condenser etc and install the systems so it's fully warrantied by him, the pricing is really good. One other note to add, charles is quick to service you, I have had him show up same day for stuff it's amazing when other companies push you off for a week.

I think it went very well. Mr. Pratt was dilligent in trying to get the furnace to work. He spent his time and and a great deal of effort to get that stubborn furnace going again. I should have called him first.
