Lisa works very hard and is always on top of everything.
She would call, text, or email daily and took the time to explain everything I needed to know throughout each step of the process. When something needed to get done, she would be on it immediately and kept me informed of the progress.
She is experienced, knowledgable, and equally as important, when I asked her a question to which she did not know the answer, she would say so, then find the answer and respond. She has very good relationships with many service providers which I believe is why this experience had a successful outcome despite the numerous obstacles over the entire five months it took.
