Hired Jeff to repair a toilet that won't flush properly; after more than a month he was still unable to fix the toilet. He's the disappearing plumber; after more than one repair attempt, and having to leave and return to my home because he was missing parts, spending $450, and repeated attempts to contact him, I am unable to get a response or get the toilet repaired. He said he and a family member had health issues. I told him I was very sorry and concerned about them. I have my own health issues. I wished him and his family well and said this is not an emergency and asked to be contacted when they were well. I never heard from him again. What else can I do? I have been more than patient. I regret every contacting him; he advertised in my community magazine so I naively assumed he was vetted and competent. I was sadly mistaken. He's unprofessional and incompetent. A plumber that can't fix a toilet. Reminds of the elf that doesn't want to make toys, but wants to be a dentist. He's a plumber who can't fix a toilet. I suggest avoiding him, much like he did me.

Jeff Hart and his staff were very knowledgeable and professional. They completed the job efficiently and answered all my questions. His prices are competitive, and he has many years of experience in this industry.

It was good.  Easy to talk to, explained everything, and he was more than willing to adjust appointment time. The technician was very nice and friendly.  I just have a great feeling for him. He informed me on other things that may need to be looked at.  All around a good experience.
