Vince arrived at the appointed time. He did a marvelous job of re-grouting the tile in my master bathroom shower. He cleaned the grout in the white-tiled floors in two bathrooms and made them look like new. I would hire this company again.

What a great find this company is! Keep them on your list of first to be called with a tile or grout issue! I got 4 quotes to fix a moldy, ugly bathroom in poor repair. Drainage was not right, tiles were loose or missing, subsurface on a tub surround was failing. All 4 were over $10,000! They would only redo everything in the bath, not just fix the problems. I was selling the house and did not have that kind of money. I called Grout Doctor and for about 1/10 of what everyone else would charge, they fixed all the problems, polished the tiles and made the bath look like it was brand new!! It was no simple job, requiring relaying square tiles in an unsure area, salvaging tile so it could be reused to avoid a path job look, rebuilding the large surround and retailing it so that it drained properly. The entire team is skilled, professional, friendly, on time, on cost, and quite pleasant to know. What a great experience!

I never write reviews, but this company exceeded all my expectations which never happens. Thanks Richard for coming so quickly to give me my estimate and fitting me in quickly on your schedule. Vince was so hard working and did such a wonderful job! He practically gave us 2 new bathrooms! Really excellent job with replacing grout, caulk, and cleaning the shower frame and glass. Everything cleaned up nicely and looks brand new! WOW! You guys saved me thousands from doing a complete gut job as I originally wanted to do. Thanks for doing some extras and cutting out the bad dry wall and floor outside the shower that was water damaged and doing mold treatment!! Vince did a great job putting the dry wall back. Thanks for going above and beyond!! I felt like everyone at Grout Doctor was genuinely trying to help me with my bathroom problem and worked hard to fix all the issues and keeping the cost down. Their pricing was also not the highest from the 3 companies that I received quotes from. So save yourselves some time and just hire them. Pricing is excellent. Workmanship is exceptional. Grout Doctor sent Vince to our house to repair grout in two bathrooms and to repair holes in our travertine floors. The work was done beautifully. Vince was highly professional and courteous! Highly recommend!

On time, friendly, and did a fantastic job!!

Communication was great. They showed up on time and completed the job with no hitches. The work quality was outstanding and they were able to repair a small chip in our granite countertop that had been there for many years. It’s like it was never there. The grout work and granite resealing look fantastic.

the grout that they replaced it with was at least 15 shades off it didn't match at all the customer service was terrible they said that it was what I agreed to instead of accepting responsibility for the work. Ultimately they refunded my money but overall the experience with them was terrible

The owner came to my home gave me an estimate to complete the job and was able to have Vince here within a few days. Vince worked all day and was very neat and went right to work and was very professional.
