GAINESVILLE HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING

Our AC failed for the 3rd time in a week. The company we had previously used for the last two repairs couldn't come back out for 4 days, so we decided to use Gainesville Heating & AC, because David was highly recommended by a friend. He came out the same day, within an hour of my call, and had our AC repaired within 15 minutes. David was great, he knows his business and didn't try to push any unnecessary repairs. He'll have all of our future business!

Great - on time, cost as specified, NO SELLING OF UNNECESSARY SERVICES (UPSELLING).  Dave is great - I'll use him any time.

Outstanding service and communication with Dave Aikowski and Gainesville HVAC. We knew we had to replace the 1st floor AC unit since Sep 2013. We met Dave through a neighbor, he helped us get through the 2013 summer with fixing the builder grade Goodman AC unit, he even credited us for the last freon charge to the installation of the new unit. Very professional and responsive service, he provided us with a proposal that included everything we needed. When the time came for the install, we just happen to be out of town, we gave Dave and his team access to our house, he completed the installation in 1 day. When we returned on Easter Sunday, the house appeared to be cleaner than when we left. No evidence that interior work had been done in the basement or in the attic crawl space, that's how clean it was. We tested the AC unit, its operating as intended; fortunately we haven't had to use it this early in the spring, but I could tell there was a significant difference in how quickly the new unit cooled off the 1st floor only after running the AC for 30 min.

Answered call on Sunday, Came out yet that afternoon, Explained the problem in detail and explained how to make the unit more efficient. Was very knowledgeable and kind and honest! We will be using Dave for a Spring ckup and purchasing new units in the future through him for sure.
