Owner was responsive to arranging for the visit quickly yet worked around the customer's schedule to ensure house owner was present when staff arrived. Staff was friendly. patient with explanation of probable causes, and spent the time to ensure that adjustments and calibrations were correct. Performed minor preventive maintenance on door and fixed/tightened wiring and laser guards to ensure proper operation. This people are a pleasure to do business with and are highly recommended!

I think the price was fair. They definitely know what they're doing and they're quick on their response.

They're very prompt. I called them as they open by 8:00 and they were here by 9:00. They diagnosed the problem by 9:30 and have the repair done by 11:00.
