We were amazed throughout the entire process in working with Jaqueline at Creative Concept Flooring. She provided us with several flooring options and was very knowledgeable in all of the products. She was very courteous and professional and was able to give us an excellent quality carpet at the lowest price around. The installers were on time, courteous, hard working and did an awesome installation job in which they left nothing behind but a beautiful carpeted floor. We will definitely be using Creative Concept Flooring again and referring Jaqueline to our family, friends and acquaintances.

Our experience with Creative Concept Flooring was a very pleasant experience. Samples were brought to our home by the owner of the company, making the process of finding just the right hardwood very easy for us.
After selecting the hardwood, the installation was scheduled within a few days. The installers arrived promptly and were very courteous, professional and neat. They moved our furniture, removed the old carpet and padding, then installed our new hardwood floors. We were concerned that the existing hardwood floors would not match up well with the newly installed hardwood, but it looks great. They finished on time as promised. We are very happy with our new hardwood floors and with the overall cost of the project. We received 2 other quotes and decided to go with Creative Concept Flooring not only because theirs was the lowest, but also because we felt that the customer service and attention we received surpassed the other two companies.

Couldn't be happier!

The project went very well from start to finish with a magnificent result in the end. As we used two different carpets, three different tiles, wood, granite and marble you can see how things could have ended with a very different result, but everything could not have gone better. We started with the carpet on the stairs, and that added the finishing touch transforming what had been work stairs into the entrance to an elegant living area. Next was the Movie Room. My wife and I went for a wild look for the carpet, against the advise of Jacqueline, the owner of CCF and the end result was not what we wanted. Jacqueline was very understanding and worked with us to make another selection of a carpet that was in stock. She helped make our mistake as painless as possible and with her direction, the new carpet completed the room. We chose a porcelain tile for the floor at the entrance to the back yard that has an "Old World-Tuscan" feel to it. My wife and I wanted a natural stone tile but as Jacqueline pointed out, natural products need to be sealed and maintained on a somewhat regular basis and the porcelain tile is much more user friendly and doesn't need to be sealed. Our concern was the look we wanted and had not seen in man made materials. Jacqueline found a tile that when we first looked at it we thought it was stone, but in fact was porcelain, problem solved! We liked it so much, we used it in the Wine Cellar and around the Bar as well. A year later our guest still think it is stone and it looks great and is easy to clean. In between the door and the Bar we used a hardwood product made by Shaw. The planks are wide, about 5" and have a slightly hand hewn feel to them. They went down directly on top of the concrete. They have held up great and look great. The real trick here was a design that allowed the wood floor to start and finish with full width planks and the tile to have full width tiles on either side of the wood floor. A small strip of tile or wood floor would look bad and the layout coordinated by Jacqueline worked out great. She had a drawing of the room that showed the contractors exactly what she wanted so there wasn't any misunderstanding, it worked great. We used a granite counter top for the bar. This was a lot of granite, about 130 sq/ft with a lot of angles. I wanted as few seams as possible and they did a great job. This was by far the most complex granite installation I have ever had with multiple levels and 6" vertical drops and it ended up perfect. The last area was the bath and it was the most complex. The bath had a tile floor that was heated and had an oriental look to it with a small (1/16") grout joint. The contractor was familiar with the heated floor and this went very well. We used a thick marble top for the top of the vanity, along the top of the entrance to the shower, for the top of the seat in the shower and the top of the area around the tub. All of this went well and looks great. The walls were very detailed with verious designs at different levels. On top of that, the tile was hand made which looks very nice, but becomes somewhat problematic during the installation because being hand made the size is not uniform. This was a problem that was solved by Jacqueline as the wall installation progressed. It could have become a big issue with the contractor having to deal with the irregular sizes, with regards to time and material, but with the solution for each obstacle and required change being handed to him, the job was completed at no additional cost and looks just great.
