I have used Comfort Doctor for over 15 years and have always received outstanding service.  He installed and maintained our boiler in our prior home, and recently installed a new hybrid heat-pump/propane system and central ac and dehumidification units in my
new home.   He took the time to explain all the options available in selecting the new system, in terms I could understand,
and let me know where I could cut costs.  Peter Richter is extremely responsive, and is willing to work with us to
come up with solutions that are within our budget.  I could not be happier with the service they have provided, and would recommend Comfort Doctor to anyone needing heating and cooling services.

It took a couple of days to install but I am very satisfied with the work that he did. I would recommend him. I have a contract with him now.

They did just fine. I think they were good. I had no problem with them. They actually did it for a neighbor of mine and then they service it. I have nothing but good things to say about them. The cost was reasonable. They showed up on time. They were fair and honest. They spoke English. They were the first heating and air conditioning company that I can actually rely on. The interaction was nothing remarkable. The respond quickly and they listen to what I have to say. It is just a good company to deal with.

These guys are the best! They were SO patient even though the problem was so rare and solution elusive. The follow up was also very much appreciated.  And if they are this good with a frustrating problem, I'm sure they can knock a regular service call out of the park.  Definitely recommend.

Have used Comfort Doctor for seasonal service for years and they replaced the original furnace unit that was in the home when I purchased it. They are very responsive (Nights, Weekends, Holidays), honest and fair in their estimates. Very professional with great customer service.

When I bought the furnace, I didn't buy a high end heat pump, because I couldn't afford it. The first thing that went out was the compressor--which was right after the warranty ran out on that part. Prior to that, the owner of this company came out to check my furnace. After that, they sent out younger guys, because the company had grown. It seemed like the younger guys would just bandied the problem, and they didn't seem to ever fix the problem. I came to the realization that I was spending too much money a year on maintenance costs. I then decided to try a different company at that time, then I eventually replaced it.

I have a gas furnace that was not providing heat. Pete arrived when he said he would be there, quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced the defective part, verified that I had no other problems with the furnace and headed to his next job.

They were prompt and courteous. I was very pleased with their customer service and their work.

Technician was on time, pleasant and professional. Made suggestions for improvement of system, but was not overly pushy about it.

THE TECH CAME OUT, AND WAS ON TIME WAS VERY FRIENDLY. THEY DIDN'T OVER CHARGE US, AND THEY DID A REAL GOOD JOB. WE HAVEN'T HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH OUR AIR CONDITIONER SINCE.

WE DID NOT WANT TO GET A NEW SERVICE, BUT OURS DIED AND WE SHOPPED AROUND FOR AWHILE, BECAUSE IT WASN'T HOT ENOUGH FOR US TO HAVE WORRY ABOUT GETTING IT TAKEN CARE OF RIGHT AWAY. WE'RE PLEASED WITH IT. SERVICE WAS OK.
