Wow. This company stands behind their product. Jeff Rife was the manager for my project. He came out and did measurements and they fabricated the stairs and delivered on site, all in a prompt manner. After the stairs were installed I noticed vibration when going down the stairs (one side of the main stairs is open without support from underneath). I reported my concerns to Jeff. Jeff came out 3 or 4 times diagnosing the problem. I had my doubts during the time as initially their attempt to fix it only lessened the vibration and didn't completely eliminate it. I had thought that I would have to live with the vibration forever, or that they will blame it on my framer and walk away from the problem from that point on. What do I know. Jeff came yet again to my job site in my absence, took care of the problem for good. I came to find out one day when I walked down the stairs and the vibration was no longer there! Only then I inspected the stairs and noticed the work they put in at the underside of the stairs that fix the problem. I had to say that I’m impressed with Jeff’s honesty and integrity handling my case and I felt that I made a smart choice going with Century stairs.
