Working with Mr. Fay was easy. He is readily available through email and very responsive. He worked with me so I could be in compliance with our HOA. His carpenter was also very good. He would ask questions when something could be done in more than one way. The only building problem that arose was that the carpenter's assistant removed some 4x4 pressure treated posts that were not suppose to be removed and, as a result, I had to pay extra to have new posts put back into place. The painter was superb. The painter even came on a Sunday to review what he had to do and caulk. He wanted to be sure he could complete the priming and two coats of paint within the time he had alloted. He used a top quality paint and was extremely careful not to drip paint in unintended places. Yes, I would recommend them. Their price was fair. I knew how much the railing and columns cost through the product website so I knew Brynwood Builders prices were reasonable.
