+ -1 moreTalked to Brant and he said he would see if he could get the flowers. When I ordered if I signed up for the Rewards program I would get 50% off. Called me back and said that they could but it would be a day late. So I thought I canceled the order. I have 3 pending charges on my account one for the flowers $95.52, one for the rewards $9.95, and another for $34.99 which is what they say they credited my account for the rewards, but there is no such credit on my account. I have tried talking to them and got no where. I'm sure I will eventually get my money back but I want people to know how they do business.
Description of Work: Was suppose to see if they could find an orchid, couldn't, but charged my credit card.
