Troy had cleaned our carpets at another home we owned and I still had his number.  We moved into our new home on Friday afternoon and I realized that the carpets were filthy.  I texted Troy to see if he was available.  He made time for me and came out on the weekend so we could have the carpets done before the furniture arrived.  He did a great job and his price was more than fair.  I wholeheartedly recommend Absorb Carpets 

I had sold my condo and the buyer wanted mento pay for new carpet. Minsters I hired Absorb and there was no evidence of petmurine stains when he was finished. One of my dogs was in kidney failure at the time. The buye was,pleased and I didn't need to replace the carpet!

Troy arrived a few minutes late but was ready to go when he got here. Worked non-stop for 4 1/2 hours and did a superb job. He was quick with no lost to quality at a great price. He was considerably cheaper than the other quotes we got.

I tried Absorb because my employer uses him for our office carpets and he came very highly recommended. I was living temporarily in a rental with, of all things, white carpeting. No matter what, that carpet was just dirty all the time, especially after I acquired a dog. Troy came out three times (December, 2009, July, 2011 and November, 2011) and each time he was punctual, very friendly and did a wonderful job. He tells you what will come out and what won't. He never tried to sell me any thing other than for what I asked. The price is extremely fair and Troy works very hard. Because he is the owner, he was personally invested in making sure I was happy. Bottom line: Great price, excellent service, honest and reliable.

This gentleman is a one-person show, but well worth it. He gave us a quote, which was right on. He showed up on time, and was very nice to my mother-in-law. He went right to work, and got out stains that I didn't think could come out. Thanks to him, he saved us several thousands of dollars on replacement carpet.

He also promised to come back if the stains weren't completely gone.

I have used him 4-5 times. First of all, it is a single proprietorship. The owner is the person who does all the work. He has excellent equipments. He is very energetic. He has encyclopedic knowledge of carpets, stains, odor, and things of that nature. He has done such a fantastic job each time I have called him that I keep calling him back all the time. I have also recommended him to all my friends. He has got a lot of business from them as well and also my daughter who is a Realtor. He is extremely reasonable. The fact that if he sees the carpet in addition to all that badly soiled even cuts his price. He is perfect. My daughter had a house, which she was about to replace three rooms of carpeting because of cats and dogs. He came out and cleaned to a point where she didn't have to replace it anymore. He will get back to the customer. He not only says he is going to show up on time, he does so. He is a wonderful individual as well as a confident technician. I have never been disappointed.

Troy was very punctual, reviewed carpet, discussed staining issues, and did a most excellent job in cleaning the carpets. I had previously scrubbed and steam cleaned the spots without success. Troy arrived and removed every soiled spot on the carpets. I would highly highly recommend him. He also gave me a price break on the carpeting in a small room. Even DH who is extremely thrifty loved the results and we are looking forward to having Troy back to clean remaining carpets.

I got a quick answer to my phone call, an estimate that held when they came to do the work. a punctual arrival, a job neatly and well done. The loveseats had not been cleaned in some years. They now look like new. He warned me that the mildewy stains might not come out of my porch furniture, and gave me a technical fiber science explanation of why. At five dollars a chair it seemed worth the risk. The cushions looked better when he was done if not great. At least they don't alarm my guests, although they still need replacing. The rattan was not at all adversely affected. The price was so much less than other companies that if he did not have the A rating on Angies list I would not have had the courage to let him near my furniture. He deserved the A rating, although the price rating should be A++

We relocated from Colorado earlier in the year (2008). One of the challenges in relocating is re-building your network of contacts that includes businesses that you want to deal with in the future, and those that you will avoid, based on your experiences. Angie's List helps us greatly in sorting-out the good from the not so good in this area based on other's experiences. A quite recent problem surfaced with our 3-year old cat starting to use a room, the study, as its alternate litter box. Troy was able to zero-in on the areas the cat had used, did a pre-treatment on those areas, and then cleaned the carpet with success. He was nothing short of professional and cordial. We will be looking forward to seeing Troy again with future cleaning needs.

I had used Troy's cleaning services once before and was so impressed that I called him when I needed work done in another house. As before, Troy did an excellent job. He arrived on time and worked diligently. The carpets were left looking as good as new. I recommend him highly.

My wife and I were about to move into a house which supposedly had the carpets professionally cleaned. This probably was true - but the work may have been done as a $99 whole house special. The floor showed alternating streaks of clean and dirty carpet, a number of stains were not removed by the carpet cleaner, and the master bedroom had a very powerful smoke odor. Troy gave us an estimate over the phone based on my description. When he arrived for the job, he priced it lower than his estimate to factor in the condition of the carpets. He was not asked to reprice his work - he did it on his own. This was very unexpected and surprising since I would have willingly paid him what we had agreed on. Troy is a very vigorous person who bounds from room to room examining the condition of the carpet, spotting stains and smells, and pinpointing areas needing special attention. He then customizes his approach - such as the chemicals to be employed, etc. He has a specially equipped truck with components that heat water to above the boiling point and suction up chemicals and waste water. By using live steam, the carpets are cleaned thoroughly with no muss or fuss and they dry quickly. We are very satisfied with the work Troy did. He removed all but a few stains that are embedded in the carpet fiber. He eliminated the smoke smell from the carpet in the master bedroom. The walls of the room had been recently painted, which eliminated the smoke smell in the walls, but Troy told us that there probably would be some remaining odor in the ceiling which could be eliminated by priming and painting the ceiling. This is exactly what took place - there was a residual smell. We tried without success to get rid of it using a room ionizer but the smell disappeared completely once we primed and painted the ceiling. Troy also noticed that the carpet had lifted where it met a hardwood hallway and he restretched it at no cost. We were so pleased with Troy's work that we contracted to have another house steam cleaned by him a week later. We highly recommend him. He does the work himself, is very pleasant to deal with, and in both cases where we used him, he charged us less than his telephone quote. It is rare to find someone as reliable and competent as he is in this day and age.

He is just the greatest guy! He really cares about making sure the carpet looks good and the stains are removed. He is extremely conscientious and reasonable and I would highly recommend him.

Troy Hall (Absorb Carpet Cleaning) arrived on time, introduced himself, re-stated the amount charged for each room so there were no surprises, immediately surveyed the rooms he would be cleaning and determined the most efficient way to route his instruments into the house to eliminate any damages. Troy explained that pet urine was difficult to remove and that he would do the best he could to eliminate all stains from the carpets. Troy pre-sprayed all carpets with a pre-treat solution (well saturated the carpets) and went right to work. He began the work at 10:30 and was done and packed up by 12:30. When I inspected the work completed with Troy, I could not believe how clean and new the carpets looked -- I was very happy to say the least. Troy then explained how the carpets could be kept clean in between carpet cleaning and presented me with a bill that was exactly what he quoted me for his services. Troy did not try to charge me for extra cleaning solution or did not implant hidden charges in the bill -- just what he quoted -- Troy even cleaned two scatter rugs in the hallway outside the four upstairs bedrooms and did not charge extra. Troy was professional, delivered an above-board service, and finished in a timely fashion. I am very pleased, will definitely use Troy Hall s (Absorb Carpet Cleaning) services in the future, and highly recommend him to anyone who needs carpet/upholstery cleaning.
