Overall, it was an excellent customer service experience. Five months into our cable service, and we're happy with our choice. Verizon has been both dependable and easy to use (this is further supported when our neighbors with a different provider have service interruptions).

Installation and dependability are very good. However the price is not what was quoted. I was told the Internet service was going to be $39.99/month. What they failed to tell me was that first I would need to pay for land-line phone service (I don't need) which added more cost that I thought I would have, plus the upfront cost of the router, shipping and activation. So there were more launch costs, and the total bill per month with taxes is more than $75. I'll be looking at my options with other providers.
