Gary did exactly what he said he was going to do and when he said he was going to do it. The price was what he said from day 1 and I looked around at other companys and they were cheaper than all but one company and thanks to Angie's list I was able to steer clear of the low bidder who had many problems on Angie's list. The entire experience was excellent. I will use the Pool Store for any repairs or new installation required for my pool. They are around 45 minutes from my house and I will still make the trip several time a year for chemicals and supplies. We went to the store to purchase all of our start up chemicals and we were very pleased with our experiance at the store as well. The pool looks great and they have gained a consumer for life. A++ Company in my opinion.

My interaction with them was good, but I had to call them a couple of times to come out and look at it. There was no response, so setting up an appointment with them was hard. I spent probably $250 on that work. I would tell other members that I thought they did good work, but it was just a matter of them responding.

I had called other contractors that I obtained from Angie's List and none of them were able to work on the jacuzzi; but they were able to refer me to Gary. He was fair and did a great job of evaluating the condition of the unit. He made an initial repair and needed to come back to fix other issues that came up with the jacuzzi. I am happy with the service he has provided.
