The owner is Rick Rorrer. He comes every few weeks depending on what he has to do. They charge as low as $75 if they just clean up the yard. They are pretty responsible. He worked for a neighbor down the street who has since died, and the time her husband died, he saw in the newspaper and he came over and cleaned up her house, cleaned the leaves off the roof and all of the garden and so forth and so on just because he knew her husband, so he is very considerate. I get my money's worth for what he does. He is my regular service provider. I live by myself with my dog, so I rely heavily on his services.
