I would call an Ms Ellis and she would get all rude with me. The problem is still not resolved. Our lawyer sent them a note to return our money but she sent something back about suing us for breach of contract. Our lawyer told her that they were in breach of the state law as they did home felicitation and were not in hold of the right type contract. We had to have someone else do the work on the windows and we also found out that the windows need not be replaced, they just needed the right framing taken out and put in and that was done by another company. They were first nice when i called them but when they make a mess they turn ugly and they don't do what they are supposed to do.
