Owner was very professional. Met with us and went through the options of putting in hardward floors. Lower tier is concrete and hence we had a problem with a uniformed look throughout the house. Owner found a great solution using engineered red oak that was very close to the natural red-oak we pick for the other two tiers. Installed floors look great, still waiting on the lower tier to get finish. Owner was very sensitive to our needs and our budget. Highly recommend Scott.
