Amazing Tree Service

Amazing Tree Service cut down 5 trees and trimmed 6 pines that had limbs hanging over the house, and trimmed up maples that were looking scraggly at the bottoms.  The yard now looks great.  They were prompt, and professional.  The workmen were a great team, working together, and seeming to enjoy their jobs.  Clean-up was excellent, removing all debris and wood chips from stump removals.  Be careful, the boss tries to convince you to get additional work done, but stick to your guns, do only what you want to do.

I found them on Angie's list and they are also in the neighborhood. They were timely and got the job done. The staff was fine. I would recommend them.

I was very pleased with the team that performed the work. They were on-time, professional, and when the wife asked how much for them to also remove (cut to the ground) 80 feet of hedge (3 ft tall) they performed the additional work at no cost. I may be off on price by a little, but I was very pleased with the price.

Amazing Tree Service definitely lives up to its name.  We could not have been more pleased and impressed with the service we received.  We had two tall gum trees in our backyard that, after years of raking up thousands of gumballs, we decided it was time for them to be removed.  We also had a huge dead pine tree that appeared to be ready to fall over and destroy everything in its path.  Mark Keller, the owner came out and provided us with an estimate, and then showed up with his work crew the next day.  His team did an exceptional job - they took great care with our backyard, using a dolly to transport the downed limbs and tree trunk to the front street of our house, without creating messy equipment tracks in our yard.  They shredded the limbs and hauled away the large pieces.  They even took the time to rake up the remaining gumballs!  All this in 30 degree weather.  They could not have been more efficient and professional.  This was the third time we have used this service - the previous time was to cut down over 30 trees in the backyard - and again, terrific work - which is why we contacted them again.  I highly recommend this company - their price was the lowest quote we received - every time -  and their workmanship was excellent.

I was pleased with their service and I would use them again.

He wasn't up front with the fee. He quoted me one thing but it ended up being more than that. He also did work on my mom's house and he tore her yard up. He said he would come back and fix it but he didn't. He was cheaper than anyone else so I get what you pay for.

Overall excellent at first. The price was great. Had an additional three trees with Pine Beetles that they recommended to take down which I did. Ensure you understand whether the quoted price also includes the stump grinding. For the three extra trees it was not and I did not notice that in the quote. My mailbox was damaged which they offered to replace. On the negative side, it took a total of three weeks to complete the job and I had to call twice (with no return calls) enquiring about when they were going to complete the job. Finally my wife called on what the final bill was and it was then they realized the job wasn't done. They did not put back things that they said they would (split rail fence and Kayak). Had to be reminded to fill the holes and pick up the plywood they left in the yard. Parts of the yard where ruted and they did not do a finally cleaning of the driveway. While I would use them again, there are also other tree services that I've used to be equal or better.

Overall, it went pretty well. They came very quickly. The only thing I do have to say is that I had paid to have everything taken away but they said not to worry about the wood because it would be taken away for free. To a great extent this was true, but I did not find out until after the fact that they would not be able to take the stump grindings to the city dump and I am not sure what the reason was. Most of the other wood has been taken, there is still a few pieces left and they said they would come back and do something with it if we wanted them to. I just don't really want to pay anything more for now. The only complaint I have is that they did not tell me ahead of time that they couldn't take the stump grindings away. They were in many ways professional and took care of all the trees hanging over the house.

Overall, it was a great experience but why the D for responsiveness. I can only guess that they were unhappy at the estimated price because when I called the next summer to have them remove the stumps, he never returned my calls. It was a very hot spell when they worked so the effort must have seemed much more than anticipated. My neighbor ,seeing them work also hired them. They used planks to drive their equipment over the lawn and overall did a good job. Maybe he thought I was calling about the dangling tree limbs that were left in two of the trees. Well, that wasn't the reason for my calls and if they had come to do the stumps, I would have asked them to take care of that. Anyway, the rudeness of ignoring my calls is enough to keep me from giving them a sterling report.

The overall experience was truly amazing. The crew was very professional, courteous, and caring when it came to protecting my property. They even bought a large tarp to cover my pool so that no debris would get in my pool. The crew had exceptional teamwork and work ethic and if you are looking for a tree service to do your work, look no further. The owner was able to obtain 6 additional tree jobs off of my yard with family, friends, and neighbors.

Everything turned out fine. I got three estimates and theirs was the lowest. There was nothing I could think of that they did not do perfectly well.

They removed 4 big mumbo jumbo trees from my back yard and they did all of that in one day. The men were very decent and polite. They cleaned up every little scrap when they were done. They blew the driveway off when they were done. They worked very hard and I even made them lunch, they were great.
