Julian Homes Inc. a Va. Corporation since 1993 has built over 300 new homes in the Fredericksburg area in addition to many remodelling and makeover projects. The secret to our success is completing each job as if it was our own, with over 40 yrs. of experience we know what works and what doesn't and won't use inferior products for any reason. Julian Homes has an excellent reputation for quality because of those reasons and for the fact that we use only like minded sub-contractors some of which we have worked with since we began.

This was a lot of work for these guys to complete! The crew of three were very punctual, arriving at 8:30 am each morning and leaving around 5 pm. The job was finished in about a week. Like with most things, not everything was perfect in the original cabinet order (from another company) but these guys were able to problem solve and use their expertise to slightly modify the kitchen without compromising the function or design. I added quite a few other requests as the job was being completed, like installing the new light fixtures throughout the house and adding plugs outside for my Christmas lights and Mr. Julian had no problem adding it to his workload.
Julians' team accommodated me with what I wanted and not just what would be easier for them - they gave great advice that I trusted. His labor cost was more than FAIR - it was GENEROUS.
Julian Homes is like that rare, honest auto mechanic you find and don't want anyone else to know about. He is GOOD and FAIR. I highly recommend him.
In the past, Mr. Julian has transformed our master bath by removing everything down to the studs, moving the plumbing, and redesigning the room to make much better use of the space. Mr. Julian installed a large double shower, tiled the floor, redid the drywall and included custom cabinets. After two years, the bathroom continues to look brand new and is a delight to walk into every morning. Prior to this, Mr. Julian has helped design and build an large addition to our house that has includes a three car garage, a large loft and an in-law suite.
