Perfect. We discovered Griffin Air about 6 months ago and have called them several times for our rental properties for repair and or maintenance and they responded quickly and done a great job each time.

The Griffin Air team went above and beyond the Call of Duty to get my system installed and up and running. I want to especially thank Sears for all his hard work, after hours he put in and dealing with the extreme heat in the attic. Even though they were working under slightly adverse conditions (snow on the ground), they removed the old equipment quickly and installed the new system in an efficient manner, with time to spare. Exceptional work at reasonable rates. Had them install heatpumps 3 yrs ago and needed a tuneup.

This past Friday evening, around 5:30 pm, my Wife and I visited our cottage and found that our Air conditioner/HVAC system was not cooling properly. I texted our service provider Joshua, the owner of Griffin Air LLC and I was ecstatic when he responded/replied within 3 minutes. Joshua asked me some questions over the phone about the situation and immediately said he would be there Saturday morning. Joshua texted me the next morning (Saturday) that he was on his way and as usual, was prompt, professional and courteous. Upon arrival, he began troubleshooting the issue, identified the problem and apologized for the inconvenience. He explained that there was a very small leak in a tubing joint and that the brazing/soldering of this joint was not performed to his level of craftsmanship but he would fix it. At the end of the service call, Joshua cleaned the worksite (as always), smiled and said ‘no charge’. He again apologized for the inconvenience and said “see you at annual maintenance/check-up time”. I have again been completely satisfied by Griffin Air LLC. Joshua stands behind his product and service work and most importantly has that drive for true customer service/satisfaction that seems to be few and far between these days. Thank you again Griffin Air LLC – you truly are the best!

Great service, quick. We have a heat pump issue and Mr. Griffin was able to respond literally within minutes...on a weekend. He was courteous, professional and knowledgeable, and it was immediately evident that he takes pride in the quality of his work. Will definitely use again.

Great responsiveness for our furnace emergency. Simple fix (reset switch and showed me how to reset it myself) and caught a jumped switch, too. Due to weather and abundance of emergency calls, we put off installation of new heat pump and air handler for upstairs until weather was better. Very satisfied with the new equipment and work performed.

Communication and professionalism of Joshua, his Service Technicians and Office Staff were exceptional! The job site was cleaned up and I inspected the work once it was completed and found no issues. The attention to detail during the installation was refreshing to witness. No hidden charges - in fact, a new electrical disconnect and line set was installed at the original price quoted. I appreciated Joshua and his team giving their best on this job.

We had a blank thermostat and nothing worked. I called at 5pm and they were able to come by noon the following day. They were friendly and went right to work and fixed the loose wire that was causing the problem. I will use them again.

I could not have asked for a better experience, as a new homeowner Josh was very patient and accommodating offering to pick up the new unit at Home Depot and dispose of the old unit. His work is very high quality with great attention paid to the details. He actually returned a couple months later when the units module went out, he called the factory to define the errors he saw, they sent me a new one and he installed it, both his visits were at no charge, that is GREAT customer seervice

Finally got my washing machine out of my kitchen and in the closet beside the dryer where it belongs. I'm beyond thrilled with the entire process. A lot of the work involved was done under the house in the crawl space, and it was a cold rainy day. These guys were great and very polite and professional. They never came in my house without first removing their shoes at the back door and they even swept the kitchen floor after they moved the washing machine. I'm beyond impressed and would HIGHLY recommend Griffin Air for any and all plumbing needs. They were on time and completed the entire job in a few hours. I couldn't be happier. GREAT JOB!!!

Josh came out right away when the heating system stopped working at the business. He evaluated the situation and gave us some choices to consider. Thank goodness for home town service.

I first met Josh when our furnace went out on New Years Day in a older home we had just  purchased.  Josh came right out and got the furnace going again.  When we decided to replace the furnace with a new heat pump, and also needed a new water heater, Josh was the first person we called.  Josh provided us with a thorough estimate with multiple system options and price ranges.  Once we decided on the option, our new system was installed promptly.  Josh provided us with updates while the work was being completed.  We had Griffin Air come back and clean all the duct work too.  Josh was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions about work and products.  I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Griffin Air to any of our friends!

Josh was very flexible and accommodating when scheduling the appointment. He cleared the drain very fast and also provided some good tips! Thanks again Josh!
