Star failed to provide the inspection results to Dominion as required by the program, so I never received the rebate I was entitled to. I paid the entire cost. I reminded them on three occasions to send the results, and each time was assured they would do so promptly, but they never did. Star Heating and Cooling is dishonest and disorganized.
