"[Member name removed], Thank you for the nice review. We work very hard to give our best to every customer that comes in, so it's nice to get feedback that lets us know we succeeded with you. I like the suggestion of finding a lower priced location; unfortunately I can't see it in our immediate future. The real estate costs are only part of the picture, though. Granted, we aren’t the cheapest repair shop in town, but we’re certainly not the most expensive either. The ASE Certified Technicians cost us more than less knowledgeable techs. We also have to pay a lot for all the computerized repair, diagnostic, and manufacturer manuals you must have to repair vehicles these days. It costs us a lot to confirm the repairs needed, rather than throwing parts at a problem. Sometimes, it's just a simple case of getting what you pay for, and we aren't satisfied with giving less than our best. Again, thank you so much for the good review."
