+ 0 moreSam Petersheim runs this business, licensed and insured, that is primarily roofing, but also many general construction activities. He's also a farmer with three children; wife Marta is a public school teacher. Referred to us by a prominent local realtor, Sam and his crew of 2-4 performed excellent work at extremely reasonable prices. He is a great listener, truly attentive to details. He makes recommendations both how to improve on ideas and how to save money. He a whirlwind of activity, so he's not always punctual or exceptionally professional, but that's a miniscule trade-off for the excellent work he delivers and confidence he leaves one with. Our family and our house are blessed to know him.
Description of Work: ROOFING - Removed old shingles, replaced with new, made minor repairs, shored up gutters, installed solar-power attic fan. CRAWL SPACE - Removed old insulation, replaced with new, made various repairs, installed new exterior faucet, installed new HVAC ducts to & vents in sun room, installed vapor barrier, removed obstacles around house exterior to build with top soil slopping water away from house, built entrance cover & installed drain system. REMODELING - Removed soiled flooring & replaced with new, removed damaged lavatory & replaced with new, repaired walls & installed new fixtures, installed new thresholds in four doorways. Scheduled additional work: 1) Remove old front door & replace with new; 2) Install new shutters; 3) Repair closet door; 4) Remove damaged another lavatory & replace with new.
