I've never had any problem with them at all. They are always really professional and prompt. They are a good business. My whole family has used him, they are an old business, they go back a long way. They have me on a payment plan that I pay either monthly or quarterly.

They also service my heater during the winter. Both times I have had them out here, I have had to call back because of issues that have happened with the service. When they filled up the oil tank they overfilled it, and the oil went all over my basement. When they fixed the heater, they had to come back the same day for the same problem. I am not too eager to recommend them. They do make up for the problems they cause. They came back up and cleaned up the mess in the basement. I just wish they did the stuff right in the beginning. They eventually give good work, but it takes them a while. They are very quick to do anything I have asked.

Excellent. They automatically make regular fuel deliveries and have serviced the furnace twice. When the furnace broke on Thanksgiving and we had no heat, they sent someone out within an hour and a half of our call who fixed the problem promptly. They also provided a free inspection and advice on how to best use the furnace when I set up the fuel account.
