If possible I would give a zero. Customer service here is horrendous. At first they seem nice and friendly, but they are not professionals AT ALL. NO common courtesy. Doctors are incompetent and never in the location. My mother had been trying to get dental implants and I was the one to encourage her to come to this place. Worst regret of my life. I had confidence in the doctors, who almost forgot to put anesthesia on my mother before removing all her teeth. My mother had a panic attack because the doctor was yanking at her teeth as if they were weeds. Disgraceful staff as well. I have been trying to come to professional terms and have a clean termination of services, which they cancelled on me. Instead I believe I may have claims to abandonment, since I wasn't even given a timely notice until the day of her rescheduled appointment that services had been terminated. I have been trying for three months to speak with the staff manager who apparently never has to work in the office. Honestly the only reason I begged my mother to come here was because they spoke Spanish. Well I learned to late only the office staff speak Spanish and one dental assistant, the doctors do not. I will never recommend this place to anyone, Latino or Caucasian, they will treat you like crap and do not try to help clients. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Si es posible, les daría un cero. Tenía confianza en los doctores, que casi se les olvidaron de ponerle anestesia a mi madre antes de quitarle todos los dientes. Mi madre tuvo un ataque de pánico porque el doctor le estaba arrancando los dientes como si fueran malas hierbas. Como su hija me da una gran verguenza de no darme cuenta antes. He estado tratando de llegar a términos profesionales y tener una terminación clara de los servicios, que me cancelaron. En lugar de eso, creo que puedo tener reclamos de abandono, ya que ni siquiera me dieron un aviso oportuno hasta el día de su ultima cita que los servicios habían sido terminados. Estado tratando durante tres meses para hablar con la jefa de personaje que aparentemente nunca tiene que trabajar en la oficina. Honestamente la única razón por la que le rogué a mi madre para venir aquí fue porque hablaban Español. Bueno, aprendí muy tarde que sólo el personal de la oficina hablan español y un asistente dental, los médicos no. Nunca voy a recomendar este lugar a cualquier persona, Latino o Caucásico, porque te tratan como basura y no tratar de ayudar a los clientes.

J ust because your Insurance is willing to pay for a bite
wing x-ray doesn?t mean you should have one every year. New studies suggest
that performing frequent X-rays exposes patients to unnecessary risk for brain
tumors.  Some doctors think that these x-rays performed every 3 years on adults is preferable to the common annual
exposure.   So I told my Hygienist I did not want to have an x-ray simply because it had been over a year since my last
one.  The next thing I know, while still lying in my chair,  I am being ambushed by three employees telling me  they could
not treat me if I was unwilling to have an annual bite wing x-ray. One even told me it was against the law, which simply is not true.  I am ashamed to say I caved and allowed the x-ray.  But afterward, the more I thought of the way I was treated, the angrier I got.  I know my wife has had CAT Scans, Pet Scans, and x-rays as a result of her cancer and she definitely  did not need routine bite wing x-rays. So  I looked up another dental practice on Angie?s list and they had no problem with my request and said they had other
patients with similar desires.  Hence I cancelled all future appointments with Mountain View.  I am extremely satisfied with my new dental practice and will soon do a review.

They were very friendly and have me a tour of the office before they started.   Everything went very well,they made sure I was very comfortable.

I moved to the area and needed a new dentist.  These folks are
progressive in technology, and up-to-date on the best dental care.  We
have referred many to them.  They have several dentists to choose from
to find the one who best fits with your personality.  These people are
awesome!

It went well. Several visits in and they've bee nice every time. I haven't been insured until now so it's about to become a lot more affordable. Not always easy to speak with someone about what their intent and evaluation of my teeth is. But they are nice and helpful when I make contact.

They gave my son his first dental check. They were great with him and very professional. I was very happy with how they tried to make him as comfortable as possible and explained everything to me. The nurses were very friendly and knowledgeable.

Making the appointent went fine.  First time in the office, there were tons of people waiting.  They were 30 minutes late taking me back for the appointment.  Get back there and it is a big room with chairs side by side. No privacy.  All they did were look at my teeth and take ex-rays.  No Cleaning!   I had to come back on a different day for the cleaning.  I have never been to a dentist that does cleaning and the exam on two different appointments!  Never have been back!

They got the job done and it was nice to be able to find a dentist at that time because ours had just died.  They took him quickly and did the work that was needed and he was happy with it.  He also has an appointment shortly to see about doing an implant.  Overall, my husband is a really whim when it comes to pain and he did have some pain and it lasted longer than it should have.  As for their billing, they do differently from the dentist we had before.  But he was very relaxed and if there a situation when the patient does not have insurance these people are ready with a diplomatic way going toward it.

Overall it was a positive experience although the office management could have been improved - too much waiting - too many clients in the waiting room.  However - it was a long time ago.

The only issues that I had was, I was billed for a surgical toolth exteaction. And being that I have have had 6 extractions in my life time I know that pulling a tooth in about 20 seconds with the device normally used as opposed to a surgical extraction is some what quite a differace. They basically falsified information about a procedure that never happened. I disputed it. Still billed my insurance for a prcedure th?t never happened.

I made an appoinment and every single person from the front desk to billing is fantastic! My appointments always started promptly and I was never in any discomfort and never felt uneasy.
