I consulted with this firm to ready our tax statements for a business that had closed.  We had 17 days of operations to file taxes for.  After a friendly consultation and reasonable estimate I worked for a week to provide the accountant with everything they needed to prepare the taxes.  Months (6 to be exact) of unreturned phone calls and emails later I demanded (in person since they wouldn't return phone calls) the return of my confidential tax documents that I had provided.  Two days later I got a friendly phone call from the accountant saying that my taxes were ready and I owed them $400, it was as though nothing was wrong, how surprising to me.  Seeing no recourse available I paid them and picked up the taxes.  I shouldn't have though because they were all wrong and I am still correcting their errors this following year for a business that I sold last year.  Long story short, find another accountant, save yourself months/years of headache via an unbelievable unprofessional firm.
