It was done professionally and efficiently. Overall a good job

I went first to Lowe's to price front-loading washers and dryers for my new house. The staff guy took the time to discuess the different brands, what equipment I would need to purchase along with the machines, etc. Very knowledgeable and patient, very helpful. They would even be able to deliver the next day! The next day I went to Home Depot. Their selection was minimal, the staff going through the motions in helpfulness. They only deliver on Wednesdays and Fridays, and that with about a week's advance notice. The washers and dryers were the same price as at Lowe's. Back to Lowe's I went. Different staff person, very helpful. I ordered both a washer and dryer, with the needed attachment parts. Next morning I got a call that the drivers were 20 minutes away, on their way to deliver! Once they arrived, seeing my carpet one man cut cardboard boxes into strips to put over the carpet on the way to the utility room, so that my carpet would not get soiled or damaged. They installed both machines quickly and efficiently, testing both before they left. I am now in awe of the quality of service this Lowe's provides. Well done and thanks!
