I had recently bought a vehicle from this dealership and had several issues with lights staying on even after the car was off, the windows not rolling down if the door was open, the stereo not cutting off after the vehicle had been off for over an hour and doors had been opened and shut, the keys removed, the car doors would not even lock!!!! I called and the guy who sold the car and quot;Tylerand quot; said and quot;It must have been something that you have done b/c everything was in perfect working order when the vehicle left the lotand quot; I argued with him saying that it started the day of purchase and I wanted it fixed b/c the vehicle was still under warranty. They agreed to fix it at no cost and sure enough 2 days later it started all over again when I called back they told me and quot;We have already fixed the problem but you could bring the vehicle in for a service chargeand quot;

The auto services at Harrisonburg Honda are absolutely excellent. I've been going there for about 8 years. The last service costed me less than $100. They are extremely efficient and they're always very friendly. They never do anything until they come out in the waiting room and they tell me how much it is. They also don't do anything that's not necessary. They will say that the next time I come, I may need new "something" because this is wearing out but they don't want to do it right now because I still had some time left on it. I appreciate that. They don't make us spend any more money than what is absolutely necessary at that time. They have never been anything but congenial. They're just so nice down to the receptionist. They're just so pleasant. They are great. I can't say enough about them. They are right on time. I never had to wait to get my car right in as soon as I pull in the driveway nor have I had to wait any length of time to have it serviced. Even if they have to do something extra, they have a little cafe there ad a television. It's even pleasant to wait. It is fantastic. I would use them without a doubt.

The dealership stands behind of what they do. The work is done very quickly, always the same day. That is why we go to this dealership.
