They are reasonably priced, courteous and very knowledgeable and I will use them again.

Great service and very professional.  Always shows up when promised.  Worked with us to try to fix the issue first before having to face the fact the we needed a new unit.  Installed the unit without issue and cleaned up all his mess.  Would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs HVAC work.

They were very professional and were able to fix the problem with out replacement of unit, which is what i thought it was needing.

The technician was a little early, was polite, and thoroughly explained what he needed to do, and how much it would cost prior to the work being completed. He ensured the leak was gone. He replaced the lever in the basement to the outside line, recommended and installed a bleeding option to prevent the pipes from freezing under the deck like it did. Explained what needs to be done yearly to winterize.

We got home from vacation to find we had no heat. I called Dynamic late Saturday morning and Matt called right back and was at our home at 1 pm. He found the issue with the motor. He is got us up and running safely so we had heat during the very cold weather. He had to order the part and was back on Tuesday to replace the bad motor. Matt was excellent at getting us heat and Teresa kept us updated with the parts order and scheduling the replacement. Matt shows up when he promises and works very effectively and neatly.

Super punctual; they came out within 20 minutes of my call. I had been doing a DIY project when the main water inlet valve sheared in a partially opened position. The chap who did the work, Doug, quickly confirmed the problem and fixed it it in less than an hour. In addition he listened to my concerns about my DIY project and even offered some advice and assistance. No cheesy attempt to up-sell. Just an excellent, honest job at an extremely reasonable price. I would use these guys again in a heartbeat and can't recommend them highly enough. Truly outstanding. A++

We just bought a house and noticed that the kitchen sink faucet leaked intermittently. We called Dynamic and scheduled an appointment within a few days. Their professional arrived on time and ready to work. He spent about 20 minutes cleaning the faucet and replacing several parts in it. He told me that the faucet was beyond repair and was in need of replacement, but that the new parts he installed would help for a while. He regretted that while he was unable to completely stop the leak, he would subtract the cost of his visit today from the total price of another visit to install a new faucet that I purchase myself. He only charged me a minimal fee to come out this first time anyway, even though he actually installed parts. His work reduced the leak dramatically. We're having the kitchen remodeled soon, and will be replacing the sink and faucet before the leak gets bad again. I am very satisfied with Dynamic Plumbing for this job and do plan to use them for any plumbing issues I have in the future.

Over the last 2.5 years we replaced both of our a/c-heat units through Dynamic. We had excellent service and follow up with both installations. The product is great quality, but the service was beyond our expectations. Andy and Matt both went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect for us. They have come back many times to check on things that needed tweaking.

Plumber was aware before he arrived at the house that I wanted the valves under my kitchen sink and in bathroom replaced with 1/4 turn valves. After arriving and looking at the job, he left to get parts. 2 hours later he returned. As he was removing the old valves he told me that sometimes the extension pipe will screw out of the wall. If he used a wrench to hold the pipe coming out of the wall while he unscrewed the valve, the extension would never unscrew. Then he realized he had brought the wrong size valves. He left again for at least an hour and a half. When he returned, he said that he didn't have enough 1/4 turn valves and would put gate valves on the other fittings. I said NO. So he left again for about another 2 hours. He finally got all six valves replaced and after turning the water back on did a cursory check for leaks. The next morning we realized that with all his pulling and tugging under the kitchen sink he had broken one of the sweat joints on the copper pipe that was now leaking. He returned immediately and re-sweated all the joints on the copper pipe. The plumber was friendly and professional but his workmanship left a lot to be desired. This is a very simple job and I still can't believe it took all day and a return trip.

Doug was very responsive, arriving at the house with 20 minutes of us calling! Price seemed reasonable given the 2.3 hours of work. Theresa answered the phone a and was pleasant and helpful. Will definitely use them again.

Dynamic plumbing is an excellent company. The technician was friendly and kept me informed of what was going on and of all the issues that he encountered. He was very helpful in helping me understand what was going on with the furnace. When they were telling me about replacement options, I really appreciated that they didnt hit us with all the bells and whistles and new gadgets and such for the modern furnaces. They gave us information for a furnace that would be a close match to what we already have and would meet our needs.

Replaced a leaking circulating pump on our forced hot water heating system and cleaned, adjusted and inspected the gas furnace. The tech was very professional, knowledgeable, and very neat. The cost of the work actually came in below the initial estimate and was half the cost of another estimate we received.

We noticed a water spot on the ceiling of the family room....growing larger. I looked up Dynamic on Angie's List, rang them, and within 15 minutes Doug showed up. He quickly analyzed the problem, cut some holes in the ceiling, spotted the leaks, and replaced two intake water lines to the baths upstairs. Very quick, very efficient. The whole job only took about two hours.

We had two separate technicians from Dynamic Plumbing, and each was tremendously professional. They fixed the problem in 15 minutes each time, and we were only charged the standard fee for a visit. They were very quick to diagnose the root cause (determining that water in the subfloor was coming from a poorly installed shower control unit... and a damaged supply line on an toilet) and resolve the problems. Quick, professional, didn't try to upsell us on anything unnecessary, and fixed the problems within the cost of the standard and quot;show up at your doorand quot; fee.

Discovered that our furnace was leaking a disturbing amount of water when the A/C was running, so I dropped Dynamic a and quot;Contact Meand quot; email through their website after business hours. Didn't call their emergency answering service as we figured we could go a night without the A/C running.
Got a callback from Dynamic at 7:45am the next morning, and Andy from Dynamic was at my door by 8:30am. He opened up everything, checked our coils for leaks, and ran a bunch of diagnostics - explaining everything as he worked. After observing good numbers for coolant pressure and temps, he snaked our clogged PVC trap. Condensation water draining again, crisis averted. Andy even showed me how to access the trap and snake it myself in the future.
Will definitely be using Dynamic again for any future problems and maintenance.

Dynamics was very professional and thorough. They recommended cleaning of air vents/ducts prior to the installation. The air duct cleaning by another service provider was canceled twice which meant the date of installation of the HVAC system had to also change. When I contacted Dynamics, Mr. Bowman was very accommodating with date changes. Dynamics employees arrived on time, placed protective tarps over the carpet area, and completed the installation in the time which was estimated. Both workers were knowledgable, very friendly and polite. After the systems were installed and tested, Mr. Bowman explained the information manuals, the new thermostat and the overall system functions--how to work everything--in terms that I could understand, so that the units would run most efficiently. The entire experience with Dynamics has been excellent. I would highly recommend their services and will use them again for servicing.

Doug was the technician. He was prompt, professional, confident and knowledgable. The price was for the faucet removal and installation. He tightened the pipe for free. The service call fee is applied to the balance which is great (some places don't do that). Highly recommended!

He was good. He gave us 2 valves for the price of one. He was very polite and pleasant. It was a pleasure to have him do our work for us.

It went well. Doug showed up on time and resolved the problem.

Update 3/30/2013. In the narrative below I stated that the tech had bent my pipe and i had to bend it back to get the supply line. I just figured out today that there is a sharkbite up the line from a previous emergency repair that allowed the set of pipes to shift/swivel. this had nothing to do with the technicians work so I am writing this update and upgrading their overall score from a and quot;Cand quot; to a and quot;Band quot;.

I called requesting a hot and cold shut off valve replacement for under my kitchen sink as well as the shut off valve under the kitchen sink that went to the dishwasher. the technician arrived on time and was very professional. when the technician looked at it he stated that the diswasher was too old and they did not make that style fitting anymore and that he would have to replace the line to the dishwasher too. he quoted me a price of~ $665. I then asked since the supply lines will already be off, how much he would charge to install a new kitchen faucet (I had the new faucet already) he then quoted me $160! for for 10 minutes labor (I did it in 15min ,so I assume he would do it in 10min) now we are talking $820 for three shut off valves, faucet install (labor only) and a new dishwasher line. ~$50 in parts and ~$770 for what seems like it couldnt take more than 1.5 - 2hrs(includung a draindown time of about 10 min) to complete. needless to say I was in a spot and HAD to do the minimum work at that time (condo unit where you cannot shut the water off to the individual units so the whole building had to be shut down) the min I needed done were the hot and cold shutoff valves for $250(remember he didnt even have to reinstall the supply lines because i was going to be replacing the faucet). there was no room for negotiation it was either replace my valves or pay their $64 estimate fee and he would be on his way. When i first called i asked would there be ANY way to sort of ballpark the estimate for at least the hot and cold, and the very cordial lady on the other end of the line stated that she could not because the tech never knew what he was going to find when onsite. I said i understood and I guess i would find out when he got there. When the tech arrived he assessed the situation flipped open a book and in about 10 seconds looked up undersink stops/shutof valves and said $XXX for the first valve and $XX for each additional valve. If he did that so quickly why couldnt the lady on the phone do the same thing and say something like and quot;this is a base price, it could be more based on what the technician findsand quot;. I understand that might not be feasible for all projects but simple under sink valves, supply lines etc should be able to be ballparked. I understand that professional trade work like plumbing is called that for a reason and that one will pay for that work. maybe I am out of the loop but it seemed like A LOT of money considering the parts and labor involved.
laslty when I went to put everything back together (using same supply line for the hot side) the supply line would not reach the valve and the pipe was noticably bent down at an angle approx 2-3 inches beyond the full extent of the supply line. this is a 40 year old building with 40 year old pipes and i was very nervous about having to bend that pipe back up to meet the supply line without it breaking. I was able to do so, so no harm, no foul, but am wondering if if that fatigue on the copper will show itself sooner rather than later.

Matt was quick to respond and took his time when diagnosing the problem. Two companies before his had failed to do so. He was reliable and efficient. He fixed other pool parts that were not installed correctly while he was doing the work. We will use his company again if we should need their service.
