They came out quickly and on a weekend to give me an estimate. They came back to do the work that week and even trimmed/removed some other shrubs that I asked to be removed the same day! The only issue would be that they didn't trim one of the bushes quite as far back as I wanted, but they did trim it! I was very pleased with their work!

To start, I set up a quote by talking to a small child who was translating for the adult. The first time, there was a miscommunication, and they NEEDED me there to complete the work. They called me and were quite upset that I wasn't there. The person who initially called me didn't speak English very well hung up on me while I was trying to explain. A few minutes later, they called again, and I talked to a different person and got to reschedule. They said they were going to come and do the work but never showed I waited over 2 hours. I called and emailed them but never got a response.

Fast, hard working crew that did exactly what I asked of them.

I have never actually done a project like this, so I don't know about value for money except that the two other local services that I talked to estimated about this much without seeing the property. The Cruz Tree service responded quickly, communicated well in person, on the phone, and through email. They were flexible about availability. They job they did is GORGEOUS. The only complaint I have AT ALL is that we didn't talk about stump removal, so I didn't know if they would take them or not. This is really my fault. I didn't know enough to ask, and THEY probably assumed it was understood to be included, because they took the stumps away. It seemed to be an extra expense when others talked about it. Anyway, shrug. It actually speaks well of their business, but as a newbie, I worried a little bit.

Cruz Tree Services came when they said they would and completed the job quickly and efficiently (I needed a dead pine tree taken down). I'd definitely hire them again!
