CASH SEPTIC SVC

After contacting Cash Septic to find and pump my septic system, it took over three weeks to finally get them to come out to my home. On Friday, June 21st they were supposed to come out and begin by flushing a transmitter down the toilet so that they could locate the septic system in the yard. They called me and told me they were to backed up and would not be able to make it out. We rescheduled for the following Tuesday. On Tuesday 6/25/13 they were supposed to be out at 3pm to begin the process. They showed up at 5:30pm and unloaded a tractor so that when they located the septic tank they could excavate and pump and then install a riser. They forgot the transmitter and went back to the shop to get it. At that time I recieved a call from them saying that the evening was already shot and that they would defantley be there tomorrow (Wednesday June 26th) at 3pm to begin the process. On Wednesday they were supposed to be there at 3pm and showed at 5pm. I asked them if they would be able to complete the work that day and they said they were not sure. I told them to pack their tractor up and leave that I would contract another company to do the job. These people are unreliable and not at all punctual as to the times they say they will be at your home. I would avoid using this service at all costs unless aggravation is something you enjoy.
