The plumber showed up right on time and got to work right away. He worked on both flushing the water heater and installing the valve at the same time, so as to not waste time standing around. The water valve was in a tight spot but he was able to find a workable solution and he was done in a few hours. He was very professional and answered all my questions. I would use them again.
The only issue was that it took about 2 months to receive the bill. I actually called them about a month after the service to see when I should expect it and they said they were several weeks behind. Not a big deal, just a little strange.

Positive:
The plumber arrived early in the 3hr scheduled window and was professional, punctual, and down for business. I expected him to check things out and provide me an estimate then schedule the service for another day but he was able to quickly repair a nagging outdoor faucet and unclog a drain in and lt;1hr. The provider was courteous and professional and didn't leave a mark on/in the house. I would definitely use them again.

I am yet to receive a bill for the services rendered several weeks ago so I cannot review their prices.

Plumber came, his name was Danny I think, and could barely speak. He munbled everything and smelled horrible, like he was drunk. He cut two holes in my ceiling and had to leave my house twice to go get "parts". After 4 hours the leak was finally fixed but he told me that he didnt do drywall repairs, he was a plumber and gave me the bill and left. I had to call someone else to repair his holes and he never cleaned up his mess.

Drywalling is a trade specific skill and one which we would sub-contract out to a trained drywaller. However, I apologize that our Plumber did not explain that to you ahead of time or provide you with options for having the drywall repaired or the holes covered. They also took a second look at the water softener, as we had problems with hard water arising. The frst time (2 month prior) he came out, all he said was that the 'scheduler' was not properly timed. I knew that wasn't correct. Of course we the water continued to get harder after he 'fixed' it, so I had him look at it while he was there for the leak...We hadnt touched the water softener, yet he insisted that it wasn't the way he had left it. We ended up having to get a whole new water softener, which wasn't his fault, but had he told us the correct problem in the first place, we could've replaced the softener earlier and not risked ruinng our on demand water heater....AND paid for two service trips. Our new softener doesn't even require the water filter either....In the end, I just feel that they aren't up to date on plumbing and if they can't fix a problem, simply tell us.

Went extremely well, explained our situation and our thoughts on a solution, asked for this opinion, they reconfirmed out belief and were able to research a few ideas before making recommendations. Scheduling the initial consultation and service was extremely easy, and professional, just simply called their main line. For both appointments the individuals arrived on time and were efficient with their time, and very clean. Cost of service was also aligned with other estimates we had received. We will use them again for all our service needs!

The company is always reliable, highly professional and courteous and does the job right the first time. For the water well system, the well water presented a complex array of problems including e-coli contamination that could not be rectified due to nearby livestock grazing and high levels of iron and iron bacteria. Working with me, the Blauch Bros. personnel were able to advise me on options and we selected a filtration system that would allow my existing UV disinfection system to work properly, as well as adding a softener unit that would further filter and sanitize the water. After the system was installed, the well water coming through the house taps passed all sanitation standards which I verified through an independent, third party EPA certified water lab. Blauch Bros. also explained how to operate and maintain the system to me.
