Title: Extremely Disappointing Experience I recently had the unfortunate experience of hiring 360 Painting for a painting project, and I must say it was an utter disappointment from start to finish. Here are some key points that illustrate my terrible experience: From the very beginning, I could sense an unprofessional vibe with this company. Communication was sporadic, and it often felt like I was inconveniencing them with my project. When I pointed out unfinished items and areas that needed further attention, the painter sent by 360 Painting became incredibly argumentative. Instead of addressing the issues professionally, he seemed to take offense and was unwilling to make the necessary corrections. It reached a point where I was so frustrated with their lack of professionalism and the quality of work that I asked the painter to leave my property. Shockingly, they flat-out refused to do so, causing an uncomfortable and confrontational situation. One of the reasons I chose 360 Painting was because I believed I was supporting a local business. However, it quickly became apparent that they subcontracted the work to others without disclosing this upfront. This lack of transparency left me feeling deceived. To make matters worse, there was a complete lack of responsibility on 360 Paintings part for the people they sent to work on my property. I had concerns about who was entering my home, and it seemed like they had little regard for my safety and security.

The team was professional, thorough, and provided the highest quality product. We were very pleased with the level of respect the team paid to our space. Our interior door, windows, and ceiling could not have turned out better! We will most definitely be using 360 Painting of Central Virginia for future projects.

Overall did a good job. Just had to contact the supervisor to send come back and finish the job to the level we expected. They were responsive and I would use them again.

I hired 360 Painting to paint my entire interior and exterior trim. I am very pleased with the finished project! Justin, Matt, Miguel, and Josh were all very professional and helpful. Justin, the owner, made it clear that he truly cares about every job his team takes on. They made sure that each detail of the project was taken care of. Their communication was prompt, and they were happy to fix some minor issues. I would definitely hire them again!

The team from 360 Painting was fantastic. They were friendly, prompt, and got the job done swiftly. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of interior painting. They transformed my kitchen and bathroom cabinets from out of date to stunningly beautiful and modern!

From beginning free estimate, assistance with color choices, actual painting of entire interior of our home to inspection process , all were very professional, pleasant to deal with and very detailed. This was a multi-unit exterior job. Very pleased (5.0) with the final product. My 4.5 on quality was due to my needing to point out areas that weren't quite right rather than someone from the company seeing them. They were great communicators and very willing to go back and do the corrective work. Would recommend to others.

The work for our home involved applying varnish to our bedroom walls and ceiling and our living room, walls and ceiling. Three workers arrived for the job on Tuesday, May 28. They seemed very eager. When we arrived home that evening, they informed me they had finished most of the bedroom and would finish that room the next day and start on the living room. On Wednesday, they informed us the bedroom was finished. It was late in the evening, so we could not really see how the walls and ceiling looked. We have a log home, which is all wood. After the workers left, I checked the bedroom. The log walls in the bedroom looked great, but when I checked the rafters and the ceiling, they had not applied any varnish. They had tried to mislead me on what they had finished on the job. I called Justin the next morning and informed him with my concerns. He told me he would send his manager to our home to check things out. When I arrived home on Thursday, Josh, his manager was there. The three workers were not happy. I pointed out to Josh my concerns and observations and he agreed. he stayed on the job the rest of that day and all day on Friday. to ensure the work was completed correctly. I feel the workers were deceptive and trying to mislead us about the work. Without Joshs presence, the work would not have been completed properly. Josh was great and that is why I am giving a 4 for customer service. I would give a 1 for quality of work, but because Josh really made an impact, I gave them a 2. I would not recommend this company. They should not need to have a manager to babysit workers to ensure the job is completed properly.

Was very disappointed in the professionalism of the painting had to come back a third time to fix painting issues and not all those were fixed but we just dont want to deal with it anymore although the owner put forth a good faith effort to satisfy us
