The guy that came out in 2013, told me that the guy that had installed the box in 2009 only worked for the company for a few weeks, because he had done poor work. That made worried me, so I asked this gentleman to inspect what the previous guy had done to make sure that it was not dangerous. He said that he didn't have time for that, and left. On December 13, 2013, my house burned down. There is nothing left. I have lost over $300,000 in house and belongings. I had the fire martial, and 2 other experts come out to inspect, and they all agree that the fire was caused by the faulty wiring in the box. My insurance company has approached them, and called them on their mistake, but they are blaming it on the manufacturer of the box. I consider it gross negligence that they would not inspect the work done by one of their workers. Especially when they knew that he did not do a good job. I called them another time to move one of the electrical lines, so I could run water out to my garage. They quoted me $2291.00. I used another company, and they charged me $425.00. The work in 2009 had been covered by my insurance, but I found that they had grossly over-charged for that as well.
Description of Work: A technician came out first in June of 2009, and installed a breaker panel. I called them again in 2013 to do a repair on the box.
