 + -1 moreRichard Hernandez (owner) and colleague Charlie Clendenin installed my system in 2001, shortly after I bought my 30+ year-old home. They provided all the information I needed when they came initially to meet with me before I hired them. They had the system installed while I was at work, and they had cleaned up the mess of installation by the time I arrived home. I am VERY PLEASED with my system and have already recommended AAE to all my friends, coworkers, acquaintances...everyone. They are responsive if I have a question or problem (only one problem so far - a battery died in one motion detector - Richard came out, replaced the unit at no charge). They are courteous and respectful of their customers' homes. Also, monthly service available - at one of the lowest prices I've seen. And the operators answering an emergency alarm are quick, friendly and eager to help. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
Description of Work: Installed whole house alarm system, including motion detectors, door alarms and keypads, as well as several glass break detectors.
