The two technicians, Craig and Laurel, arrived at the agreed-upon time, and we discussed the job and discounts I had been promised before work began. They spent approximately an hour and 15 minutes doing all the job entailed. They were polite, did the entire job to my satisfaction and I will be happy to recommend their services to others. I would (and very well may) use their services in the future.

The Window Gang did a very good job cleaning my gutters...that is when they finally showed up. My gutters were clogged with leaves, and this summer was particularly rainy, so water would back up in the gutters and pour over the sides every time it rained. After a reschedule (by The Window Gang) and then a missed appointment (on the reschedule day), they finally cleaned my gutters after about 2 weeks of trying to get it done. Despite the long wait and missed appointment, The Window Gang has always been professional and performed a quality job when I have used them. Their fair marks on responsiveness and functionality are the result of one occasion and was hopefully an isolated incident since I intend to use them again in the future.
