Mr West showed up at my house with a number of his family members and surveyed the problem.  He replaced a few roof shingles and charged $350 for the "Repair" which was guaranteed for 2 years.  After approximately 3 weeks the roof area again leaked.  His reaction was to again show up with a group of family members in tow, smear roofing cement on the shingles in the area of the leak, and then leave .... an action that I took to be his "warranty" repair. The area again leaked during the next rain so I called a different roofer who effectively found and fixed the problem, eliminated the unsightly mess left by Mr. West on his warranty visit, and charged me less to fix the problem than Mr West had.

West Roofing & Home Improvement were awesome. They are people we trust. They are punctual, cleaned-up fine,  professional, and provided a great quote.

Called and they had someone out to look at the problem that day. Came back the following day and replaced the collar.

 I've had the same roof leak, it just moved to different areas. I had a leak in my bedroom that was soaking a wall, so I called and had my son call, but they were unresponsive and hung up. I was concerned about having mold, so I called my insurance company. They informed me that there was no mold, but they had to fix the damage that was done from the leaks. The leaks caused damage to the plywood since the leaks were never fixed correctly. Every time it had rained, I stressed out. I wish he would've just been upfront and honest. I just kept paying him, but the problem was never fixed.  I've known Mr. West and he's a very nice guy, but I finally took him to court, and he ended up settling out of court with me.

I had an ongoing problem, but I really like Mr. West. My house had a little addition added on to it and I think we may need to change kitchen roof because it keeps leaking, but he is a really nice guy. I really do believe he is an honest person.

They came on time and the work was completed in one morning. They covered by backyard with plastic covering so that all of the debris was thrown on the plastic instead of on the grass. The cleanup was very nice.

We had the old siding taken off and new siding installed. That did a great job and they were real helpful helping us choose the proper siding and color for our home. The price was reasonable and we are satisfied with the work.
