Versatile Granite and Stone

We originally were under contract with Trindco to provide all of our countertops in our renovated kitchen. Trindco told us there was no way to get a 10 ft. slab of granite to our third floor so they ended up cutting the piece into two slabs; as they said a crane could not be used with our particular situation. Lucky for us, Trindco incorrectly measured the dimensions on the island and had to take it back to their warehouse. We were so upset with their performance and complained to our neighbor, who happens to be a homebuilder. He gave us Versatile?s name and suggested we give them a call. They came out that week, took measurements and actually had a crane driver come out and personally assess our situation to ensure the slab could be brought up in one piece. Versatile wanted to make sure this wouldn?t be a problem before letting us contact with them, unlike Trindco. They assured it could be done and worked with us on a quick turnaround time. We were already behind on timelines because Trindco had not come through as expected. Versatile literally had us come to the showroom that week; we picked out our slab and then they arranged for the install the following week. Everything thing went so smoothly!! They showed up on time, got the slab up in one piece, which is what we wanted from the beginning and didn?t damage anything in the process. They were so accommodating as far as the turn around time. I LOVE the way my kitchen island looks. They did a great job and I would recommend them 110%. Where as I wouldn?t recommend Trindco to anyone!
