Jim called within hours of my request and scheduled an appointment the next day (on a Saturday). He arrived on time took a look at the deck and gave me a quote all within minutes. He performed the work within a week with another worker, completely finishing the work in two days. The deck looks fantastics an I no longer have to hold my breath everytime I set foot on the deck. I highly recommend Jim. He was professional and you can tell he definitely knows what he is doing.
