+ -1 moreBe very cautious when dealing with this company if you want a simple roof repair for a leak. They will try to sell you a new roof or a new skylight - even though the skylight, for example, is under warranty. Velux bought WASCO and continues to sell the WASCO product which originally came with a lifetime warranty. Velux refuses to honor those warranties. They will also try to talk you out of a repair by re-flashing the existing WASCO product. Not very responsive to the customer's needs. On the plus side you will pay up front for the new skylight and then discover you will wait for many, many weeks to get the skylight installed - at least 8 weeks. If you need a new roof, they are a good choice; if you need a quick repair - they don't need your business - go with a Mom and Pop local outfit.
