The provider was late to report for installation, his crew was too small and therefore took three days to complete. The heads were not recessed enough so the second time (after grass grew back around heads) the grass was cut, several heads were mowed off. Then it took four months to get them back out to repair the system and they charged me for the service - they did not install correctly. On the day of the repair - four months after initial request for assistance - they were late by three hours.

Terry was on time for the estimate and was very knowledgeable about the zyosia grass I had chosen to use on my lawn.
The crew came on time on the day scheduled, Thursday 8/16 and went straight to work. They were careful about my flowers, shrubs and trees as they broke up the soil and tilled. They worked quickly and efficiently, and cleaned the area completely when they were finished.
Due to the irregular shape of my lawn and changes I made as to what would be sodded, we ran out of sod, but Terry was able to get sod and be back to lay the final amount on the following Tuesday, just 5 days. It would have been done Monday, but we had heavy rain on that day. I was not able to be there but the job was totally satisfactory in my absence.
On that Tuesday they also attacked my back yard which was terribly overgrown and removed large weeds. filled holes, removed old wood flower bed dividers and mowed and hauled every bit of the mess away to the city dump.

The installation was perfect. The equipment used was top of the line. There is a two year warranty on all parts and labor and having Terry return to make a few adjustments was absolutely no problem. What impressed me the most was that the installers were professional and were in matching uniforms. A great job by all. I highly recommend Terry's Landscaping for any Irrigation needs that one would require. Additionally Terry provides the Landscaping requirements for our community here in Williamsburg.
